Our skin takes the burden of us flitting like social butterflies—and appearing like one as well—in addition to feeling like a lifeless zombie the next few days. But, oh boy, all that heavy makeup all day, every day can wreak havoc on your complexion.

The science behind it is simple: when you don't get enough sleep, your body doesn't create enough melatonin, which is essential for cell regeneration and is thus a requirement for good skin. It's time to make up for missed sleep, but do so carefully!

10. Pamper Your Skin
