WHOLESOME BEAUTY TIPS FOR MOMS-TO-BE

From One Mommy to Another!

Your beauty regime needs special focus now that you're a mom-to-be. Especially about what goes through your bloodstream to what you actually put on your lips. Pregnancy can affect the skin of each mother quite uniquely. Your facial appearance can be profoundly influenced by hormonal fluctuations. Thus to cope with the adjustments and keeping you comfortable in your skin, it is important to incorporate those beauty care measures into your everyday regimen during pregnancy.

EATING THE RIGHT FOOD

It is essential that you eat well and eat nutritious foods in adequate amounts. Omega-oiled foods like almonds, eggs, and seafood will help keep the skin soft and fluffy. Legumes, leafy greens, berries and even chocolate contains antioxidants that help combat wrinkles, skin discoloration and even nourish the skin looking fresh, like vitamins A, C, and E.

KEEPING YOURSELF HYDRATED

Throughout this period, the trick to young appearing skin is to drink at least two litres of water a day. This advice is ideal for both your child and yourself, and there are many advantages to it. Water rinses out all the body's contaminants, leaves your body hydrated, and allows you to foster good skin that looks clear.

FIGHT AGAINST THOSE STRETCH MARKS

By maintaining a super excellent care of your face and body, one can easily cope up with those troubling stretch marks while your pregnant. Rich body butter, including products like shea butter or organic body oil, along with sweet almond oil or coconut oil, are some that work flawlessly. Make sure that the product or oil is massaged very gently & regularly, concentrating on the body.

GET PROPER SLEEP

Dark circles with even tired-looking skin may be caused by a lack of sleep. Having enough sleep lets the skin heal the minor damage caused by hormone changes, reduces dark circles and offers a well-rested appearance to your skin. To help you capture those Zs, you can use a maternity pillow or a comfortable and gentle eye mask!

FOLLOW AN IDEAL SKINCARE REGIMEN

Invest in a good cleanser as that will not only be eliminating all impurities, contaminants and makeup, it will preserve the pH levels of your skin. Used twice a day a gentle cleanser can take care of your pores, keep your skin clear, smooth and fresh.

DON’T OVER EXFOLIATE

Post Delivery & during breastfeeding, thinking about a rash, blotchy spots, or differences in your form of skin is normal. To stop a breakout, one thing most pregnant women do is over-exfoliate. Ensure that you are investing in a soft exfoliator. The risks of spooking your skin are large, so choose a product that won't infuriate your skin and trigger breakouts.

Our skincare regimen is made up of several items. There are also 'necessities' that we can't do without, like from face creams to cleansers and cold balms. But it’s important that we differentiate our focus from our regular routine and to that of being a healthy pregnant woman. Therefore, we have drafted this specific list only for moms-to-be.

Hope this helps you gradually find yourself in a place of beauty heaven.
