This Time it’s Offline!
#WFH is now seeing a slight trend changes where works going offline and some women are working from their offices. With all the precautions and safety measures in mind we believe it’s time to accept this "new normal" and make it work for our inner & outer self.
Makeup for long days at the work not only make you look presentable, we believe it gives you a certain amount of confidence & elegance as well. Basic makeup knowledge is the key.
Let's take a step by step look of how to get the perfect look with the help of make-up for offline business meetings and work.
1) Cleanse
Be it any kind of make-up, the first and foremost task is to cleanse your face before heading towards the second step. Always consider this as the first step. Not cleaning your face will lead to acne issues, product buildup, irritation skin etc.
2) Moisturise
Another very important step is to use moisturiser. Apply it on your face, massage gently and leave it for 10 min. Apply sunscreen if you are going out in the sun. You can also use any lotion, gels, cream to moisturize your skin. It keeps your skin hydrated all day long.
3) Conceal
Apply concealer just to the area's you think it is required. The main work of the concealer is to hide your acne marks, dark circles, spots, etc and make your skin look even. Apply concealer with fingers effortlessly on the spots where it is needed.
4) BB Cream
Now take a BB cream and apply it all over your face evenly with the help of a blender or a brush evenly to get the sleek look. BB Creams works as a foundation as well and a sunscreen and gives a radiant shine to the skin in no time.
5) Eyeshadow
It is the time to highlight your eyes a little by applying eye-shadow using basic colors. It is an office meeting, thus avoid using vibrant colours. Try giving a matte and earthy finish to your eyes and a very light appearance. Use a lash defining mascara and complete your eye-makeup look.
6) Blush & Highlighter
Gently apply Blush and a highlighter to highlight your cheeks and cheekbones. Give it a matte texture with a nice blended & healthy flushed look without going OTT with bright colours.
7) Lipstick
Complete your whole make-up look with a neutral lipstick. Apply it on your lips and blend in a lip pencil under the lipstick of a similar shade for maintaining the lip colour for long hours.
